Google adsense has a glitch. It told me id made enough to get paid in june, which means I shoulda got a check at the end of july. Well, as it turns out, their system is glitched. I made enough at the end of july. So I’ve been sitting here for 2 weeks waiting for a check that I won’t get for another 2 weeks. Damn glitch…..

This story is brought to you by some very nice people that are quite litterally dummer than a sack-o-hammers. A mother had her 8 year old son, and her 7 year old nephew left unattended at 3am and she was careless beacuse these children were able to get ahold of a loaded gun, which lead to the 7 year old nephew shooting the 8year old son killing him instantly. The court case was supposed to be against the mother for being negligent, but the mother turns it on the NRA beacuse they dont have strict enough gun laws!…..Teh Fuck?!? No amount of gun laws can cure your overwhelming amounts of stupid, how are gun laws gonna prevent these kids from getting a loaded gun? NOT AT ALL…What would prevent it is if you well 1 didnt keep a loaded gun, 2 didnt keep a gun and bullets in the same place, 3 decided to not be a moron and just not leave a loaded gun where kids can get to it?…fuckin people…

This Teh Fuck? is brought to you again by the evil Food Group from DC, and this time they want to sue our good ole friend McDonalds again unless they agree to stop using Ronald McDonald The Clown, as their mascot….I was like TEH FUCK?!?!?!? yea…that will happen…and this food group wants them to stop useing Ronald McDonald beacuse kids like clowns and he is a clown so its forcing kids to eat excessive amounts of Fast food in a week…again PARENTS WTFNOOBS? I mean really? YOU DONT STUFF A KID FULL OF FATTY ASS FOOD FOR ALL YOUR MEALS AND EXPECT THEM TO BE FIT! caps = cruise control for cool.

I read the news paper often at work while on my lunch break and there is almost always a column that just makes me say…Teh Fuck? This particular story is about a Health Group in DC is trying to sue McDonald’s if they keep giving out toys in happy meals; Toys are lureing in kids and forcing them to eat fatty food in excess. My thought was Teh Fuck? That is not McDonalds fault at all…If anyone should be sued it should be the dumbass parents who would feed their kid happy meals every day of the week.

Now I don’t wanna get off on a rant here….

But what is wrong with some people?  Mom was watching “Toddlers in Tiaras” last night, and  I seriously think some of these moms have issues.  A 2 1/2 month old baby, in a beauty pageant??  Seriously?  And the one mom….  said she spends $10,000 a year on pageants for her 5 year old.  It must be nice to have money and just be able to throw it away and not worry.  If I had $10,000 I could think of 100 different ways to spend it that would be much more worth it. I just don’t understand some people I guess.  I did have to feel bad for the one little boy. Yes, you heard me, BOY in a beauty pageant.  He’s 6, and he loves pageants.  Seems his mother got him into it when he was VERY little, now she’s raising him to be pretty messed up. Poor kid….

But thats just my opinion, I could be wrong.

Fed up with my stupid Wireless-N Card for my mac.  The stupid thing doesn’t work half the time, cuts out for no reason, and if any Wireless-G devices connect to our network, it kicks me off.  Finally fed up with the damn thing.  Oh, and for some reason, its settings keep converting back go B-G instead of B-G-N.  I’m done with the damn thing.  From now on, I’m just gonna plug in the stupid ethernet cable when i’m at my desk, and suffer with wireless-G wherever else i am.

Last week, our cell phone plan was running out of minutes. (My brother apparently talks on the phone too much).  So I went onto the Verizon App on my phone, to see what I could do about changing our minutes.  It had an option that for $10 more a month, we’d have unlimited minutes.  I checked this over 3 times, it said the ONLY change to our bill would be + $10 a month.

Skip to today.  The bill comes in my email.  Somehow, $10 magically turned into $130, but on top of that they never mentioned that they were going to pro-rate us for a month because we changed plans (NEVER ONCE WARNED ME OF THAT), and now the bill has gone from $161 to $484.  I’m NOT  a happy camper at ALL HERE.  I want to break things….

And the lovely lady I was talking to on their website chat, her name was Vashanda, disconnected on me cuz she didn’t like my tone.  Well, when i’m decieved into having my bill go up by $200 OF COURSE I’M NOT GOING TO BE TYPING IN A VERY HAPPY TONE.

I need to call up Verizon and see if i can get this fixed

Ridiculous.  That is today’s word.

Working on several computer projects, and ready to start pulling out my hair.  Trying to upgrade an old iMac to MacOS X 10.3, but ran into five gajillion stumbling blocks.  Can’t install 10.3 untill you upgrade to the latest firmware.  Can’t upgrade the firmware unless you are running MacOS 9.1  Its running 9.0.4.  So first, I had to go on an epic quest to find my 9.1 disc, as I haven’t had a need for it in oh what now, 6 years?  So I just upgraded to 9.1, attempting the firmware update now.  Wish me luck on the 10.3 install.

Second project, I need to convert a ton of Hi-8 video cassettes to DVDs.  I can do this fine, I have all the equipment.  Only one slight problem.  Craig seems to have run off with all the damn parts I need….  Kinda hard to hookup a camera to firewire when A. your firewire cable is missing, and B. your firewire CARD is apparently with the missing cable.

I setup this nifty system where people can upload and manage stuff on their own, right? Whole idea was to make less work for me seein as I’m not payed for TRC. Can people actually want to use this? Yes. I’ve got several people using it sucessfully. Except for one that sends me crap weekly. Can’t be bothered to do the work. They just rather email things to me.

Do people even realize the sheer amount of time and effort I put into TRC? Do they realize its all volunteer work and I’m not payed anything?

Outdoor housing for the camera showed up today.  Now you see, when I ordered it, the housing I wanted was out of stock, so they switched it with a third-party one, that they assured me, ASSURED ME, would work with the camera I ordered.

Well, I just got it all opened up and taken out, and get this:
A. It has a power cord, but no power adapter.  i.e. no way to plug it in.
B.  The power connector on the inside is too big to fit in the camera I have.

Seth is not a happy camper….  They ASSURED me my camera would work in this stupid thing.  I’m looking on their website, and can find hardly ANY information about this, let alone anything at all about spare parts, or different adapters.
