Photo Gallery Woes

The other day I noticed the TRC Photo Album wasn’t up to date anymore. Its like 3-4 versions outdated 
So I backed it all up, and attempted to upgrade it.
Well, I’m glad I did the backup. It crashed and burned on the upgrade. Can’t figure out what the heck is wrong. Screwed around with it for an hour or so, and then put the old version back up. At LEAST its working now.
Back to the drawing board on the upgrade….. Not sure which angle to take next. Gotta do some research and see if theres somethin special I need to do to upgrade from the version I have to the newest… I need instructions!!!!
